On your first day, we will take you out to visit each of the SeaTerra complexes and guide you through all you need to know about the buying process.
After that, the time is your own to soak up the atmosphere and get to know North Cyprus.

If you reserve an apartment before you come over, you are entitled to a free trip for 2 people, up to the value of £600, within 4 weeks of reserving your apartment. Just pay your £1,000 reservation fee** and let us know when you are ready to visit.
**reservation fee is non refundable. However, you are entitled to change your selection during your trip.
Tours to The Costa Blanca
Before the tour begins Step Estates like to speak to you to discuss what you are looking for, we like to get an idea of your needs, and most importantly your budget.
When we have an idea of what your requirements are, we can then arrange a date suitable for you to visit Spain.
The cost of the tour is 129 pounds per person (Max 2).
This includes return flights, meeting you at the airport, hotel accommodation and your Sales Adviser.
The tour begins with the location which is important with all property purchases, but in a new country, you need to find a location that suits your purchasing requirements. For example, you may be buying a business, a second home, or an investment to rent out.
You will be able to visit properties, new build or re-sale, which are within your budget.
We can also offer you financial advice, bank accounts, mortgages and also assist you in renting your property out, if you require this service.
